▼English(英文) I start to listen a certain CD in my car which includes English pronunciation in Shakespeare's age. The CD consists of various scenes in a lot of his plays such as Romeo and Juliet, The Merchant of Venice, A Midsummer Night's Dream and Julius Caesar as well as Hamlet, Othello, Macbeth, and King Lear called his Four Great Tragedies.
Yes, I'm fascinated with them. I'm also a captive of his play. As the English is old one, I can't almost understand it. However, I feel this English is most beautiful, and then I have never heard such gripping words. I regret that after I bought this CD, a year has passed. I should listen to them more early!
This English is a little different from modern English, but as such different isn't large, the CD makes me comfortable indeed. The pronunciation, the Rhythm, the accent and the intonation are all pleasant for us. I'm quite fun with listening to it.
I can't believe that these words are spoke from more than 400 years ago! Vivid and lively are these speeches.
