キンカンの実の時期ですね～

黄金色のキンカン（金柑）

500円カルビ

きんかんの実が黄金色に輝いていました。
とっても可愛らしくて思わずパチリ！
柑橘類の中で一番実が小さいので
ヒメタチバナ（姫橘）とも呼ばれるそうです。
可憐でしょ！？

あと、おまけで

I looked "Kinkan", Kumquats, were shining glitteringly.
Since they're so cute, I involuntarily taken photos of
them. They are also called "Himetachibana", princess
of a mandarin orange, because they're the smallest
type in the citrus fruits. They're lovely, aren't they?

In addition, I shot a photograph which beef ribs of
Anrakutei's lunch just for 500 yen appears to be gold
in color on a grill!

自己最悪の腰痛と首痛～　整骨院と脳ドック（MRI検査）へ

腰の痛みと首の痛みで MRI検査

前回脳ドックのMRI画像（2007年）

生まれて初めて「ローマの休日」を見たという記事を書きましたが、
実は今僕は生まれて初めてぐらいの腰の痛みと首の痛みにも見舞われています。

満足に歩けないし、首も回らないので
整骨院に行って、柔道整復師の先生に看てもらいました。
身体のバランスが悪いそうです。

僕は心配性なので念の為、
脳ドックも行ってみましたが、
院長先生曰く「いい頭です」とのことでした。
脳には何の異常もありませんでした。
MRI室に入ってMRI検査をしたうえで、
その画像を見て先生が説明してくれたので
まず間違いないです。
良かったです。
一安心一安心。

残りの人生、命を無駄にせず、更に頑張ります。
でも、腰と首が痛ぇ～（泣）

As I wrote the blog entry "My first Roman Holiday -
I will cherish my visit to Rome in memory as long as
I live," I met the most terrible backache and neckache
in my life, actually.

I can't walk at all like always and move my neck
quickly. Therefore, I went to the osteopathic clinic
to receive the diagnosis and was consulted these
parts from the doctor, a judo healing practitioner.
He said, "your body balance is not good."

Since I'm so worrisome, I, just in case, underwent a
brain survey, MRI scan. The director of a hospital said,
"your brain's condition is quite good." My brain has
no abnormalities entirely. She explained my brain's
syptom to me by confirming the image obtained by
the MRI scan in MRI room. Yes, I surely don't have
any problem. That's great. I had a feeling of relief, indeed.
