I ate salt pork Udon with warm raw egg and salted rice malt
at Hanamaru Udon, a fast‐food restaurant. It was smooth
and chewy. It's a Sanuki Udon, That's what I want to eat.
I'd like to it everyday! Ah, I wanted to be born in Udon-Ken,
Kagawa prefecture, means the prefecture of Udon. People
of Kagawa is bless with food. They can enjoy eating Udon
day after day, aren't they?
